Berry Green Smoothie


Description

A quick and healthy smoothie packed with spinach, mixed berries, and banana for a delicious breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or baby kale)
  • Spoonful of Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Splash of orange juice (optional)
  • Ice (optional)
  • Honey (to taste, if berries are sour)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, banana, almond milk, and spinach.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and orange juice if desired.
  3. Add ice if using fresh berries.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey if necessary.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
