- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup dragon fruit, fresh or frozen
- 2 to 3 passion fruits, pulp and seeds only
- ½ cup cold water or coconut water, more as needed
- Ice to taste
- Optional sweetener to taste, like honey or agave
- Optional lime for a little zing
Instructions
- Add pineapple, dragon fruit, passion fruit pulp, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth and bright.
- Taste and adjust. Add lime for tang or a touch of sweetener if needed.
- For a smooth finish, strain through a sieve or nut milk bag. For a thicker sip, skip straining.
- Pour over ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a mint sprig if you’re feeling fancy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Chill fruit before blending for an extra refreshing sip. Adjust sweetness according to the ripeness of the pineapple.
