Parsley Cucumber Lemon Juice


Description

A refreshing juice combining cucumber, parsley, and lemon for a hydrating and energizing drink.


Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Optional: small piece of fresh ginger
  • Optional: 1/2 green apple
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse and chop cucumber, parsley, and lemon.
  2. Blend all ingredients with cold water until smooth.
  3. Strain if desired for a smoother texture.
  4. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Notes

Store in a glass jar in the fridge for 24-48 hours. Freeze in ice cube trays for longer storage.
