Ingredients

- 2 cups cold water
- Optional: small piece of fresh ginger
- Optional: 1/2 green apple
- Optional: pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Rinse and chop cucumber, parsley, and lemon.
- Blend all ingredients with cold water until smooth.
- Strain if desired for a smoother texture.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
Notes
Store in a glass jar in the fridge for 24-48 hours. Freeze in ice cube trays for longer storage.
