Ingredients
Scale
- 1 fresh beetroot
- 1 big handful of kale or spinach
- 1 crisp green apple
- 1 juicy lemon
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 nub of fresh ginger
- 1/2 cucumber
- A bit of turmeric root (optional)
Instructions
- Chop up all the ingredients.
- If using a juicer, process everything through the juicer.
- If using a blender, add all the chopped ingredients along with a splash of water, blend, and then pour the mixture through a mesh strainer to catch any bits.
- Squeeze in some fresh lemon juice and mix.
- Serve super cold with ice.
- Drink immediately for the best taste and freshness.
