  • Diet: High Protein, Dairy-Free (if using non-dairy milk and protein powder)

Description

A creamy, protein-rich cold foam that transforms your coffee into a delightful treat, reminiscent of Starbucks, but made at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup milk (dairy, almond, oat, or preferred option)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla recommended)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or sugar-free option)
  • Small splash of vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add milk to a tall cup or small blender cup.
  2. Include protein powder, sweetener, vanilla, and a tiny pinch of salt.
  3. Froth for 20 to 40 seconds until thick and foamy. If using a blender, blend for 10 to 15 seconds.
  4. Pour it over iced coffee or cold brew right away.

Notes

For best results, use very cold milk and adjust the amount based on desired thickness. Experiment with different flavors and protein powders for variety.
