Description
A bright, fruity, and refreshing juice made with pomegranate, blueberries, and strawberries, perfect for a healthy boost.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 cups pomegranate arils (from 2 large pomegranates)
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup strawberries or raspberries (hulled if using strawberries)
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Optional sweetener to taste (like honey or maple)
- Optional add-ins: 1 small apple, a few mint leaves, or a pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Prep the pomegranate by scoring the skin, breaking it open in a bowl of water, and nudging out the arils.
- Blend the pomegranate arils, berries, lemon juice, and cold water until everything is blended.
- Strain through a fine strainer or nut-milk bag for ultra-smooth juice, or keep the pulp for a thicker texture.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with optional sweetener and add more water if desired.
- Serve cold over ice with a squeeze of lemon.
Notes
Use cold fruit for better flavor and strain based on your preference for smoothness. Enjoy fresh, and store in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
