Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- A handful of ice
Instructions
- Add milk, yogurt, lemon juice, and vanilla to the blender.
- Add frozen banana, sweetener if using, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add ice cubes.
- Taste and adjust the flavors as needed.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
