Ingredients

- 4 ripe apricots, pitted
- 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Optional add-ins: a pinch of sea salt, 2 to 3 ice cubes, fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Blend apricots and oranges with lemon juice and a splash of cold water.
- Taste the juice. If it needs more sweetness, add honey sparingly.
- Add ice and blend again for a frosty finish.
- If desired, strain for a smoother texture. For extra flavor, grate fresh ginger and add it.
Notes
For a thicker jam, simmer chopped apricots with orange segments, add chia seeds, and cool to thicken.
