Refreshing White Grape Cucumber Juice


Description

A cool, light juice made from white grapes and cucumber, perfect for hydration and refreshment any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white seedless grapes, washed and de-stemmed
  • 1 large English cucumber, ends trimmed
  • 1 small lemon, peeled if desired
  • 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup cold water or ice, as needed for consistency

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes, trim the ends of the cucumber, and peel the lemon if you want a softer finish.
  2. For the juicer method, feed the juicer starting with the cucumber and lemon, alternating with grapes, and add mint and ginger at the end.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness; add more cucumber or a splash of cold water as needed. Add a pinch of salt to enhance flavors.
  4. Pour over ice and enjoy slowly.
  5. For the no juicer method, blend grapes, sliced cucumber, lemon, and water, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag. Stir in mint and ginger or blend lightly for flavor.

Notes

This juice is best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
