Ingredients

- 5 cups ripe watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 cups cold water
- Sweetener (agave, honey, or simple syrup), optional
- Ice, for serving
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into chunks and remove any seeds if necessary.
- Add watermelon, mint leaves, lime juice, and cold water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding more water if it appears too thick.
- Taste and add sweetener and salt if desired.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Chill for 20 to 30 minutes if possible.
- Serve over ice, garnish with mint, and enjoy.
Notes
Use chilled ingredients for an extra refreshing drink. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but add fresh mint before serving for optimal flavor.
