- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk (almond, oat, or dairy)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek or dairy-free)
- 1/2 to 1 cup ice
- Maple syrup or date (optional, to taste)
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- Tiny pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- If using dried figs, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes and drain.
- Add figs, banana, vanilla, milk, yogurt, ice, and optional sweeteners to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting the ice for desired thickness.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
