Ingredients

- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach (optional)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup coconut water (or almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed (optional)
Instructions
- Add the kale, spinach (if using), banana, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and coconut water (or almond milk) into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add flaxseed and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
