Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut water (or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the kale, spinach (if using), banana, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and coconut water (or almond milk) into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add flaxseed and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
