Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 to 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • Ice, if needed for thickness

Instructions

  1. Add your liquid to the blender first.
  2. Spoon in the Greek yogurt next.
  3. Add the frozen berries on top, then chia or flax if using.
  4. Blend on low to start, then increase speed until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup.
  6. If it’s too thick, splash in more liquid. Too thin, add a few ice cubes or more frozen berries.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for thickness and balance sweet and tangy flavors. You can prep freezer packs for quick blending in the morning.
