Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4 to 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
- Ice, if needed for thickness
Instructions
- Add your liquid to the blender first.
- Spoon in the Greek yogurt next.
- Add the frozen berries on top, then chia or flax if using.
- Blend on low to start, then increase speed until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup.
- If it’s too thick, splash in more liquid. Too thin, add a few ice cubes or more frozen berries.
Notes
Use frozen fruit for thickness and balance sweet and tangy flavors. You can prep freezer packs for quick blending in the morning.
