Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • 1/2 pineapple (optional)
  • 1 lemon (for taste)
  • Chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly.
  2. Peel and chop the ginger and pineapple if using.
  3. Add all ingredients to a juicer.
  4. Juice until smooth.
