Ingredients

- 1 cup spinach
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 1/2 pineapple (optional)
- 1 lemon (for taste)
- Chia seeds (optional)
- Fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Peel and chop the ginger and pineapple if using.
- Add all ingredients to a juicer.
- Juice until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy slowly.
