Parsley Cucumber Celery Juice

A refreshing and hydrating green juice made with parsley, cucumber, celery, and lemon, perfect for invigorating your mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, preferably English or Persian, chilled
  • 3 celery stalks, leaves included if fresh
  • 1 large handful flat-leaf parsley, rinsed well
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, optional
  • Ice cubes for serving, optional

Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Chop cucumber and celery into chunks.
  3. Feed cucumber, celery, and parsley into the juicer.
  4. Add lemon and ginger last.
  5. Taste and adjust by adding more lemon or cucumber as desired.
  6. Pour over ice and enjoy right away.

Notes

Drink promptly for best taste. Juice is best within 15 minutes for freshness. Can be made in a blender if a juicer is unavailable.
