- 1 small orange, peeled
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1 teaspoon camu camu powder
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, to taste
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
- Optional: a pinch of sea salt, a few mint leaves
Instructions
- Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer no pulp, strain through a fine sieve.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness. More lime for extra zing, more honey for balance.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a citrus slice or mint.
Notes
For a lighter style, swap half the water for sparkling water. For variations, try adding fresh ginger, pineapple, cucumber, or using grapefruit for a low-sugar option.
