Ingredients

- 1 heaping cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- 1 tablespoon acerola puree or 2 tablespoons acerola juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Juice of 1 small lime
- Pinch of grated nutmeg or ginger (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the pineapple, cold water or coconut water, acerola puree or juice, honey or maple syrup, lime juice, and nutmeg or ginger until smooth.
- Strain if desired for a silky texture.
- Serve over ice. For a fizzy twist, top with sparkling water.
Notes
For more body without extra sugar, blend in a small piece of ripe mango. For extra zing, squeeze in lime juice.
