Description
A refreshing non-alcoholic mojito made with fresh mint, lime, and sparkling water, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice (about 1 medium lime)
- 2 to 3 teaspoons sugar or 1 ounce simple syrup
- 4 to 6 ounces chilled club soda or sparkling water
- Crushed ice or small cubes
- Optional: a tiny pinch of fine sea salt
- Optional garnish: lime wheel, extra mint sprig
Instructions
- Add the mint leaves and sugar or simple syrup to the bottom of your glass.
- Gently press and twist the mint with your muddler 4 to 6 times.
- Pour in lime juice and stir to dissolve any sugar on the bottom.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Top with club soda or sparkling water, then stir gently to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or soda as needed. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
