Description

A refreshing non-alcoholic mojito made with fresh mint, lime, and sparkling water, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice (about 1 medium lime)
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons sugar or 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 4 to 6 ounces chilled club soda or sparkling water
  • Crushed ice or small cubes
  • Optional: a tiny pinch of fine sea salt
  • Optional garnish: lime wheel, extra mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Add the mint leaves and sugar or simple syrup to the bottom of your glass.
  2. Gently press and twist the mint with your muddler 4 to 6 times.
  3. Pour in lime juice and stir to dissolve any sugar on the bottom.
  4. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  5. Top with club soda or sparkling water, then stir gently to combine.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or soda as needed. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.

Notes

Use fresh mint leaves for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste after adding soda.
