Description

A bright, zesty, and totally booze-free margarita that tastes just like the real deal, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce fresh orange juice
  • 1 to 1.5 ounces agave syrup or simple syrup
  • 2 to 3 ounces sparkling water
  • Coarse salt for the rim
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a short glass and dip it into coarse salt.
  2. In a shaker, combine lime juice, orange juice, agave syrup, and a small splash of water. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into the prepared glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and squeeze in an extra lime if desired.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and acidity to your taste. Consider adding a tiny splash of apple cider vinegar for brightness.
