- 2 ounces fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce fresh orange juice
- 1 to 1.5 ounces agave syrup or simple syrup
- 2 to 3 ounces sparkling water
- Coarse salt for the rim
- Ice
Instructions
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a short glass and dip it into coarse salt.
- In a shaker, combine lime juice, orange juice, agave syrup, and a small splash of water. Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake for 15 seconds and strain into the prepared glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and squeeze in an extra lime if desired.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and acidity to your taste. Consider adding a tiny splash of apple cider vinegar for brightness.
