Ingredients

- 1 cup ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 medium oranges, peeled
- 1/2 lime, peeled
- Optional: 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- Optional: 4 to 6 ice cubes, or cold water to thin
- Optional garnish: lime wheel, mint, or a pinch of chili salt
Instructions
- Prep the fruit. Keep the papaya in small chunks for smooth juicing or blending.
- Juice the oranges and lime first. If you’re using a blender, just add everything to the blender with 1/4 cup water.
- Add papaya and optional ginger. Juice or blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust. Add extra lime if you want more zing, or a splash of cold water if it’s too sweet.
- Pour over ice, garnish, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For best results, chill your fruit ahead of time. Fresh juice is best enjoyed immediately but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
