Ingredients
Scale
- 4 to 5 ripe guavas, seeded and chopped

- 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or sugar, adjust to taste
- 2 cups cold water or coconut water
- 1 cup ice, plus more for serving
- Pinch of salt, optional
- Fresh mint or basil for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the guavas: slice, scoop out the central seeds, and chop the flesh.
- Blend: add guava, lime juice, sweetener, water, and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blitz until very smooth.
- Strain: pour through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to catch seeds and pulp.

Notes
Guavas vary in sweetness; start with less sweetener, then add more to taste. For sparkling variation, swap half the water with sparkling water.
