Description
A refreshing juice recipe combining dragon fruit and lime for a perfect thirst-quencher on hot days.
Ingredients

- 1 large dragon fruit (white or magenta flesh)
- 2 to 3 limes (for about 1/4 cup fresh juice)
- 1 to 1.5 cups cold water or coconut water
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or agave (optional)
- Ice (optional)
- Mint leaves (optional, for serving)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Scoop the dragon fruit flesh into a blender.
- Squeeze the limes for fresh juice, starting with 1/4 cup and adjusting to taste.
- Add cold water or coconut water, starting with 1 cup.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and blend in honey or agave if you want a touch of sweetness.
- Adjust lime and water to your preference; add a pinch of salt if desired.
- Pour over ice and garnish with mint leaves. Sip immediately for peak freshness.
Notes
For a pre-workout version, swap half the water for coconut water and add a few thin slices of ginger before blending.
