A creamy, satisfying smoothie combining prunes and oat milk for a nutritious morning boost.
Ingredients

- 5 to 6 pitted prunes
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups cold oat milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Splash of vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Ice cubes as needed
Instructions
- If prunes are very firm, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes and drain.
- Add oat milk, prunes, banana, oats, nut butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt into a blender.
- Blend on low, then increase to high for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth.
- Add ice and blend again to achieve desired thickness.
- Taste and adjust thickness or sweetness as needed.
Notes
Freeze banana slices ahead of time for a creamier texture. Portion out ingredients for easy meal prep.
