A refreshing, easy-to-make juice combining ripe nectarines and oranges, perfect for hydration and a bright taste.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe nectarines, pitted and chopped
- 2 large oranges, peeled and seeds removed
- 1 small lemon, peeled (optional)
- 1 thumb of fresh ginger (optional)
- Ice, to serve
- Cold water or ice cubes (if using a blender)
Instructions
- Chill the fruit for at least an hour before juicing.
- For blender method: Add nectarines, oranges, optional lemon and ginger, and a splash of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the juice; if too thick, add ice cubes and blend again.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer for a pulp-free juice if desired.
- For juicer method: Feed fruit through the juicer. If it struggles, alternate with different fruits to keep things moving.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
Notes
Fresh juice tastes best right away but can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours. Freeze juice in ice cube trays for later use.
