Instructions

  1. Start by adding the liquid to the blender first.
  2. Add the leafy greens and pack them in.
  3. Place the fruit on top, using frozen for a colder smoothie.
  4. Sprinkle your chosen superfoods last.
  5. Blend starting on low and increase speed until smooth.
  6. If too thick, add a bit more liquid and blend again.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness with dates if needed.
