Instructions
- Start by adding the liquid to the blender first.
- Add the leafy greens and pack them in.
- Place the fruit on top, using frozen for a colder smoothie.
- Sprinkle your chosen superfoods last.
- Blend starting on low and increase speed until smooth.
- If too thick, add a bit more liquid and blend again.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with dates if needed.
