A refreshing green smoothie packed with ingredients that promote glowing skin and healthy hair.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 big handful of spinach or kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Small handful of frozen berries (blueberries preferred)
  • 1 cup plant milk or water

Instructions

  1. Grab a big handful of spinach or kale.
  2. Toss in half a banana.
  3. Scoop in about a quarter of a ripe avocado.
  4. Sprinkle in a tablespoon of chia seeds.
  5. Add a small handful of frozen berries.
  6. Pour in 1 cup of plant milk or water.
  7. Blend all ingredients, starting low and ramping up to high.
  8. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for the best benefit. Add a squeeze of lemon for flavor or top with nuts for crunch.
