Ingredients

- 1 big handful of spinach or kale (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Small handful of frozen berries (blueberries preferred)
- 1 cup plant milk or water
Instructions
- Grab a big handful of spinach or kale.
- Toss in half a banana.
- Scoop in about a quarter of a ripe avocado.
- Sprinkle in a tablespoon of chia seeds.
- Add a small handful of frozen berries.
- Pour in 1 cup of plant milk or water.
- Blend all ingredients, starting low and ramping up to high.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for the best benefit. Add a squeeze of lemon for flavor or top with nuts for crunch.
