Description

A refreshing tropical smoothie that helps reset your body while tasting delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 fistful of spinach
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup coconut water (or regular water, almond milk, or orange juice)

Instructions

  1. Throw spinach in the blender.
  2. Add the banana, pineapple, mango, and ginger.
  3. Pour in the coconut water.
  4. Blend until smooth and silky.
  5. Taste and adjust with more liquid or ginger if needed.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

Chill your glass ahead of time. For variations, try adding Greek yogurt, avocados, or chia seeds. Swap coconut water for your preferred liquid if necessary.
