Ingredients

- 1 fistful of spinach
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
- 1 cup coconut water (or regular water, almond milk, or orange juice)
Instructions
- Throw spinach in the blender.
- Add the banana, pineapple, mango, and ginger.
- Pour in the coconut water.
- Blend until smooth and silky.
- Taste and adjust with more liquid or ginger if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Notes
Chill your glass ahead of time. For variations, try adding Greek yogurt, avocados, or chia seeds. Swap coconut water for your preferred liquid if necessary.
