Ingredients

- 1 to 1.5 cups cubed melon (cantaloupe or honeydew)
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 1 medium sweet apple (such as Gala or Fuji)
- 1 cup cold liquid (water, coconut water, or unsweetened almond milk)
- Optional: mint leaves, lime juice, plain Greek yogurt, chia seeds
Instructions
- Wash the fruit well. Core the apple but keep the peel.
- If the melon isn’t prepped, scoop out the seeds and cube it.
- In a blender, combine the cubed melon, grapes, and chopped apple.
- Pour in the cold liquid, starting with less for desired thickness.
- Add optional ingredients like mint leaves, lime juice, yogurt, or chia seeds.
- Blend on low, then increase to high until smooth. Adjust thickness with more liquid or ice as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or brightness as desired.
Notes
For the best taste, chill all ingredients before blending. This smoothie can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
