A creamy and comforting chia pudding infused with turmeric and honey, perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, coconut, etc.)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- Optional: 1 sprinkle cinnamon or ginger
- Optional toppings: yogurt, berries, banana, toasted coconut, chopped nuts, granola
Instructions
- Add milk, chia seeds, turmeric, honey, vanilla, salt, and black pepper to a jar.
- Stir well for about 20 to 30 seconds to combine.
- Wait 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- In the morning, stir again. Add more milk if too thick, or more chia seeds if too thin and wait another 15 minutes.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt before serving. This pudding tastes better the next day as flavors meld.
