A bright, refreshing juice made with apples, raspberries, and pomegranates, perfect for a quick pick-me-up.

- 2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Pink Lady)
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 large pomegranate (seeded to about 1 cup arils)
- Optional: half lemon (for brightness)
- Optional: 1 inch of fresh ginger (for gentle warmth)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly and pat dry.
- If juicing, feed apple slices and pomegranate arils into your machine, then add raspberries. If blending, add all fruit with a splash of water, blend until smooth, and strain if you prefer a lighter texture.
- Taste your juice. If too tart, add a few more apple slices; if too sweet, squeeze in a bit of lemon.
- Chill the juice before serving or pour over ice. Stir to enhance the aroma before serving.
Notes
Juice tastes best within 24 hours. Store in a glass jar with a tight lid in the fridge. If preparing ahead for guests, juice apples and pomegranates the night before and add fresh raspberries right before serving.
