- Mug you love and a quiet corner
Instructions
- Warm your mug with a little hot water, then empty it.
- Add the lavender, chamomile, and lemon balm to your infuser.
- Pour freshly boiled water over the herbs and let them steep for 5 to 7 minutes (6 minutes for optimal flavor).
- Sweeten if desired, then breathe in the steam before your first sip.
Notes
For extra calm, add a tiny pinch of valerian root to your blend. Store herbs in a cool, dark place for freshness.
