Ingredients

- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 small mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 green apple, cored
- 1/4 small cucumber
- Big handful baby spinach
- Small handful grapes
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 5–6 strawberries (fresh or thawed)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 ripe peach, pitted
- 1/4 small cooked beet
- 1 small apple
- Squeeze of lime
- Half a cup cold water
Instructions
- For Tropical Sunrise Punch: Blend orange, mango, carrot, and cold water together. Strain if desired.
- For Green Apple Super Slurp: Toss green apple, cucumber, spinach, grapes, and lemon juice into a blender. Add honey for sweetness.
- For Strawberry Citrus Splash: Blend strawberries and orange with water and serve over ice.
- For Peachy Beet Boost: Blend peach, cooked beet, apple, and lime. Strain if necessary.
Notes
These juices can be customized with different fruits and vegetables. Use naturally sweeter vegetables for kids who prefer sweet flavors.
