Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium apple (for the ginger juice)
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger (for the ginger juice)
  • 1/2 lemon (for the ginger juice)
  • Cold water (for the ginger juice)
  • Handful of fresh spinach (for the green juice)
  • 1/2 cucumber (for the green juice)
  • 1 green apple (for the green juice)
  • 1 celery stick (for the green juice)
  • Squeeze of lemon juice (for the green juice)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (for the protein juice)
  • 1/2 ripe banana (for the protein juice)
  • Handful of spinach or kale (for the protein juice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (for the protein juice)

Instructions

  1. For the ginger juice, run 1 apple, ginger, lemon, and cold water through a juicer. Sip slowly and adjust the flavor with mint if desired.
  2. For the green juice, toss spinach, cucumber, green apple, celery, and lemon juice into the juicer and blend until smooth.
  3. For the protein juice, blend almond milk, banana, spinach or kale, and chia/flaxseeds until mixed well and creamy.

Notes

Chill your juice if room temperature bothers you. Sip slowly and consider adding honey for sweetness. Always make fresh juice for the best flavor.
