A refreshing detox juice packed with gut-friendly ingredients to promote digestive health.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 green apples
- 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 cucumber
- 1 shot of kombucha
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Chop the apples, celery, and cucumber into chunks (peeling is optional).
- Blend the chopped ingredients with a little water.
- Strain the juice using a mesh or nut milk bag.
- Pour the juice into a glass and add a shot of kombucha. Stir and taste.
- If desired, add in a teaspoon of chia seeds and let it sit for five minutes before drinking.
- Add ice cubes for a colder drink, or chill ingredients beforehand.
Notes
Feel free to customize by swapping ingredients or adding flavors like mint, lemon, or pineapple to keep it exciting.
