Instructions

  2. Cut fruits and vegetables into small pieces suitable for blending or juicing.
  3. Blend or juice the ingredients together until smooth.
  4. If using a blender, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth for a smoother juice.
  5. Serve immediately over ice or chill in the refrigerator.
  6. Experiment with different combinations and adjust sweetness to your preference.

Notes
