Ingredients

- 2 cups ripe cantaloupe, cubed and chilled
- 1 small frozen banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt, dairy or dairy-free
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice
- 4 to 6 ice cubes (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add cantaloupe, frozen banana, yogurt, milk, and citrus juice to your blender.
- Blend until smooth, pausing to scrape down as needed.
- Taste and add honey if you want it sweeter, or more milk to thin it out.
- Toss in ice and blend again for a frosty finish.
- Pour into a chilled glass and sip right away.
Notes
For best results, use ripe cantaloupe and feel free to customize with additional ingredients like protein powder or spinach.
