Description

A bright and refreshing cantaloupe smoothie that’s easy to make and perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups ripe cantaloupe, cubed and chilled
  • 1 small frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt, dairy or dairy-free
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add cantaloupe, frozen banana, yogurt, milk, and citrus juice to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, pausing to scrape down as needed.
  3. Taste and add honey if you want it sweeter, or more milk to thin it out.
  4. Toss in ice and blend again for a frosty finish.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and sip right away.

Notes

For best results, use ripe cantaloupe and feel free to customize with additional ingredients like protein powder or spinach.
