A refreshing and hydrating juice made with ripe red plums and a splash of lime, perfect for warm afternoons.
Ingredients

- 6 to 8 ripe red plums, pitted and chopped
- 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, to taste
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, optional
- 4 to 6 ice cubes for blending or serving
- Pinch of sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Pit and chop the plums.
- Add plums, lime juice, cold water or coconut water, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey if needed, then blend again.
- If desired, pour through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother sip, or skip this step for a pulpy texture.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a fun twist, try adding fresh ginger, mint leaves, or a splash of sparkling water.
