A bright and refreshing smoothie combining dragon fruit and kiwi for a light yet satisfying drink that’s perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit chunks
  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled
  • 1 small banana, fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 cup coconut water or plain water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Optional add-ins: 1 tablespoon chia seeds, a small handful of spinach, or a few mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Add liquid to the blender first, then fruit, yogurt, and any extras.
  2. Blend on low, then increase to high until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust flavor with additional lime juice or honey if needed.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use mostly frozen fruit. Adjust sweetness to your preference. This smoothie can be modified to include protein powder for a post-workout option.
