Ingredients

- 1 ripe kiwi, peeled
- 1 small banana, fresh or frozen
- 3/4 cup coconut water or plain water
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, to taste
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Optional add-ins: 1 tablespoon chia seeds, a small handful of spinach, or a few mint leaves
Instructions
- Add liquid to the blender first, then fruit, yogurt, and any extras.
- Blend on low, then increase to high until smooth.
- Taste and adjust flavor with additional lime juice or honey if needed.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use mostly frozen fruit. Adjust sweetness to your preference. This smoothie can be modified to include protein powder for a post-workout option.
