Instructions

  1. Warm the milk in a small saucepan over low to medium heat until steamy but not boiling.
  2. Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. Keep whisking for 1 to 2 minutes so the spices bloom and the flavor deepens.
  3. Turn off the heat. Add honey or maple syrup to taste. Stir in coconut oil or ghee if you like a creamier sip.
  4. Pour into a mug. For a frothy top, blend with a handheld frother for 10 to 15 seconds.

Notes
