Celery Fennel Apple Juice


Description

A refreshing juice that combines the crisp sweetness of apple, the cool flavor of fennel, and the rehydrating crunch of celery, perfect for a morning reset.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium fennel bulb, stalks and fronds included
  • 4 to 6 celery stalks, leaves removed
  • 1 to 2 apples, washed and cored
  • 1 small lemon, peeled (optional)
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger (optional)
  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions

  1. Rinse all produce well. Trim the fennel base and cut into chunks that fit your juicer.
  2. Cut celery into halves or thirds and core the apples if seeds bother you.
  3. Juice celery first to get things moving, then fennel, followed by apples, and finish with lemon or ginger if using.
  4. Stir the juice, taste, and adjust if needed. Pour over ice and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor.

Notes

For a cool sip, chill produce before juicing. Store fresh juice in a glass jar and consume within 24 hours for maximum freshness.
