- 1 medium fennel bulb, stalks and fronds included
- 4 to 6 celery stalks, leaves removed
- 1 to 2 apples, washed and cored
- 1 small lemon, peeled (optional)
- 1 inch of fresh ginger (optional)
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- Rinse all produce well. Trim the fennel base and cut into chunks that fit your juicer.
- Cut celery into halves or thirds and core the apples if seeds bother you.
- Juice celery first to get things moving, then fennel, followed by apples, and finish with lemon or ginger if using.
- Stir the juice, taste, and adjust if needed. Pour over ice and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor.
Notes
For a cool sip, chill produce before juicing. Store fresh juice in a glass jar and consume within 24 hours for maximum freshness.
