Refreshing Carrot Celery Parsley Garlic Juice Recipe

A bright and energizing juice that combines carrots, celery, parsley, and garlic for a fresh start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium carrots, scrubbed and trimmed
  • 3 celery stalks with leaves
  • 1 small handful fresh parsley, thick stems removed
  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 to 1.5 cups cold water (if using a blender)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash produce well. Peeling the carrots is optional.
  2. Cut everything into chunks that fit your machine.
  3. Choose between juicer or blender method:
  4. Juicer Method: Feed carrots, celery, parsley, and garlic through the juicer, alternating soft and hard ingredients. Taste and add lemon if desired. Pour over ice.
  5. Blender Method: Add carrots, celery, parsley, garlic, and 1 cup of cold water to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag, pressing to extract juice. Season with salt and lemon if desired.

Notes

Drink the juice soon after making it for the freshest taste. Store in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
